Mycophenolic acid
Immunomodulator. Blocks the biosynthesis of guanine nucleotides via inhibition of inosine 5’-monophosphate dehydrogenase which suppresses the production of proinflammatory cytokines, nitric oxide and LDH in macrophages. Inhibits IL-2-dependent T cell proliferation.
