Pan-specific kinase inhibitor. Selectively induces G1 arrest and apoptosis in Ba/F3 cells expressing mutant FLT3, IC50<10 nM. FLT3 ligand impedes the efficacy of inhibition by PKC-412. Potential therapeutic use in pancreatic cancer. Cell permeable. Active in vivo.
